The output provides 35 watts for a network digital audio level of 0 dBFS. Special software is not required to configure the module. The SF-NP35E is equipped to operate from a PoE++ enabled network switch. The SF-NP35E may be powered from an external 24 Vdc power supply, available separately. If a PoE++ powered device instantaneously demands excessive power from a PoE++ port, that port can shut off its output voltage, causing a prolonged disruption of the device operation. The SF-NP35E monitors the amplifier power and limits the current to protect the PoE++ port against shutting down even during extreme feedback or square wave modulation conditions. A red rear-panel PORT PROTECT LED flashes when the SF-NP35E reduces power consumption to prevent shutdown of the PoE++ port voltage. The SF-NP35E is equipped with an internal VCA for setting the output level. A detachable terminal block provides for the connection of an external 10 KΩ potentiometer or a 0 to 10 Vdc control voltage. The amplifier gain remains at maximum when the VCA input terminal is not connected. COMPARATOR – the LINUS14D provides integrated feedback loop control for sensor controlled subwoofers. The unit has four sensor inputs connected to two 5-pol Neutrik XLR input. The comparator’s electronic circuit loop measures the voice coil movement and adjusts the amplifier driving voltage and/or current to correct any driver inaccuracy. It is a closed feedback-loop and therefore self-optimizing system in which the driver confirms precisely the power it needs to produce exactly the original audio signal. The key advantage is a very extended and controlled response. Any distortion produced by the driver or the enclosure is instantly corrected by the feedback. A mode selector switch allows the Gain 120 Net to deliver two channels of 60 watts each into 4 or 8 ohms, or a single channel of 120 watts at 70 or 100 volts. This Class D amplifier is energy efficient and convection cooled to allow installation in conference rooms and quiet installation environments without the need for fans. The Gain 120 Net features an AES67 and Dante dual-channel audio bridge for accepting two channels over a network from a Dante or AES67-equipped DSP, as well as Atlona OmniStream™ AV encoders. In addition to the amplified speaker output, a line level audio output allows the incoming audio to be fed into an additional amplifier or audio system. The Gain 120 Net is controllable via TCP/IP or external trigger, and can be integrated with Atlona AV switchers, HDVS HDBaseT™ receivers, and OmniStream AV systems for a wide variety of sound reinforcement applications.
