The new Dante Module provides up to 4 network ports with 64 mono channels each. Therefore one module can handle up to 256 audio signals. The module offers redundant network ports for maximum reliability. In the latest software version Dante TM also supports AES67 connections in order to guarantee the compatibility with a wider range of other 3rd party products.

The new board can be implemented in all existing IDEA systems easily. It is compatible with multichannel modules like MADI or GIGM concentrator interfaces.

DANTE.RAV.SRC.IO

DANTE.RAV.SRC.IO is a dual audio network module for the PRODIGY Series and MAVEN.A to interface with 64 channels each of Dante and RAVENNA streams. One module, two audio engines Hosting two audio network boards the module offers 2 x 64 of two different audio protocols - Dante and RAVENNA. This allows to interface with two audio protocols in a single A Slot of MAVEN.A or PRODIGY.MC. With the two A Slots of a PRODIGY.MP the coverage can be extended by a third or even fourth audio protocol. Sample Rate Conversion Individual HD SRC for bi-directional sample rate conversion is on board as a standard. The PRODIGY and MAVEN Series also offers low latency sample rate conversion (FastSRC) for input and output. The two audio network boards can be operated at different sample rates. Dual network modules ensure a seamless connection across clock boundaries and different audio protocols on a single module.

The oratis IF Dante module supports up to 64 bidirectional audio channels. It is fully compatible with Dante’s unique plug and play network integration with automatic device discovery and system configuration. The Ethernet switch incorporated on DELEC’s Dante board is one of the few on the market which already supports the IEEE 802.1BA AVB standard. Each IF Dante board is equipped with four Ethernet ports.
