AUDAC – MFA216

This revolutionary amplifier is designed as a two-channel amplifier using class D amplifier technology. It can be used for powering low impedance stereo systems with a maximum power of 2 x 80 Watt, while bridging to a constant voltage (100V and 70V) is possible with a maximum output power of 160 Watt. A switch-mode power supply allows a wide variation of mains voltages for global compatibility.

The integrated SourceCon™ module* slot allows the implementation of any available compatible module, offering a true all-in-one solution. Typical applications are the implementation of an audio streaming module or internet radio module. Additionally, a stereo line input allows connection for any kind of external audio sources.

A balanced mic/line input allows connection for an announcement microphone with compatibility for condenser microphones using the integrated phantom power supply (15V). A priority switch overrides the background music when enabled and compatibility with line-level sources (e.g. voice file players) is guaranteed by wide gain adjustment (0 dB ~ +50 dB). Thanks to the 2.8” TFT display and the push rotary dial on its front, an unmatched user experience is achieved.

The MFA series are both RS232, RS485 and TCP/IP controllable allowing implementation with home & industrial automation systems and peripheral devices. Using the freely available AUDAC Touch™ 2 application, control and configuration can be done from any portable or non-portable device on any location and at any time.

Desktop installation or mounting in an equipment rack using the MBS1xx series mounting adapters is possible. The half 19” rackspace enclosure allows single installation in a 10.5” equipment rack, or side-by-side (two devices) in a 19” equipment rack.

Like it’s 2U models, choose from two or four channel configurations and set individual outputs to drive Low Impedance (2, 4, 8 Ohms), or 25V*, 70V, 100V Constant Voltage systems via rear-panel located DIP-switches. Add Ethernet (nXe) for monitoring and control, or add both Ethernet and Protea™ DSP (nXp). Expand onto a network with Dante™, CobraNet®, or AES3 digital inputs. Adapt Worldwide with a universal switch-mode power supply with PFC (Power Factor Correction). Reduce power consumption using Ashly EMS™ (Energy Management System) by triggering a sleep mode that draws <1W, which meets the most aggressive Energy Star® benchmark†. Follow pre-scheduled preset settings including levels and sources using RTC Event Scheduler (Real-Time Clock on nXe & nXp models). Remote Control ready via the Ashly Remote iPad® app, and/or hardwired Ashly remotes including analog (as well as serial) and Ethernet on nXe and nXp models. Monitor fault conditions and adapt via Ethernet and the onboard Fault Log included in nXe and nXp models.

Crown ComTech D Series amplifiers are designed for versatility, flexibility, and ease of installation. With both Dante inputs and outputs, built-in DSP, power sharing, Lo-Z/Hi-Z switching, and a simple to use web configuration interface, ComTech D amplifiers are ideal for meeting the changing demands of diverse installed audio applications. The CTD-2125 delivers 125 watts per channel of legendary Crown amplification when all channels are driven equally. Asymmetrical power sharing enables the two channels to share the full 250W in any ratio, offering unparalleled flexibility. Built-in DSP allows outputs to be tuned specifically for every application and provides the ability to create custom speaker tunings. Factory JBL SpeakerTunings for select JBL models, including Control 400 Series ceiling speakers, are included to simplify the optimization of an all-HARMAN solution. The amplifier can be configured through the intuitive web interface with any computer or tablet and without the need to install proprietary software. It uses HARMAN's HControl protocol to communicate natively with BSS OMNI Processors or AMX MUSE Automation Controllers and includes an easy-to-use API for integration with 3rd-party control systems. This compact 1RU, ½ rack width device can be installed in a rack, under a table, or on a wall using the included mounting hardware.
