TheAtlasIED5404CS digital microphone station is a 4-button device for initiating audio / visual announcements, messages and pages with the 5400ACS Announcement Control Systems. Just likeAtlasIED’s other digital microphone stations, the 5404CS uses a single Ethernet interface for audio and control data.  The 5404CS is fully compatible with IEEE 802.3af standard for Power over Ethernet (PoE), allowing the microphone station to be powered directly from any standard off-the-shelf PoE switch.The 5404CS utilizes Dante™ technology for transporting high-quality, low-latency digital audio over Ethernet. The 5404CS microphone station may be used as part of an EN54-16 listed life safety system; although the mic stations themselves are not EN 54-16 listed and cannot be used for the emergency locations.  Instead, in a dual-use system, these microphone stations may be used for everyday paging functions.

Audix – M70WD

The M70WD is a steerable, flush-mount condenser microphone designed for distance miking in a variety of applications, including video conferencing, distance learning, hospital rooms, surveillance, and ambient room miking. The flush-mount configuration and a footprint of only three inches in diameter allow the M70WD to virtually disappear.

The M70WD capsule is housed within a patented cradle that allows the microphone to be aimed up to an angle of 45 degrees. Other features include a fully integrated preamp and an extremely high sensitivity rating of 38 millivolts. In addition, the M70WD has complete immunity from RF interference caused by cell phones and GSM devices. Installing the M70WD requires just one 2-inch hole in the ceiling, with no additional tools needed.

AKG – DSR800

The DSR800 reference two-channel digital wireless receiver provides an ultra-wide bandwidth of up to 150MHz for reliable operation with the flexibility to meet the needs of a wide range of applications. It is designed to work with the versatile DHT800 handheld transmitter, which offers interchangeable microphone capsules, and the DPT800 body-pack transmitter, for line- and microphone signals.  For enhanced flexibility, the DSR800 provides two digital audio outputs – for DANTE and AES EBU. The receiver finds interference-free channels and synchronizes the corresponding setup data to the transmitter via infrared signal. The environment scan converts the DSR800 into a spectrum analyzer, scanning the receiver’s frequency band for active radio frequencies and displaying the spectrum.
