Roland XI-Dante cards (with up to 64 channels each). This allows the user to essentially “build” a console structure based on the immediate needs of the application.
The M-5000 is the first offering in Roland's new approach to audio equipment called O.H.R.C.A. or Open High Resolution Configurable Architecture. It conforms to the needs of both the application and the operator by delivering freely definable audio paths, flexible user interface and workflow, expandable protocols, and multi-format I/O choices —all delivered at a pristine 24-bit / 96kHz sound quality. This achievement in an ideal frame size opens a new generation in live sound solutions.
