Symetrix – Prism 0x0

Prism 0x0 with 64x64 Dante™ and powerful Symetrix DSP processing. Offering expansion via 64 channels of bidirectional Dante networking, the new Prism 0x0 delivers cost-effective processing, mixing, and routing for Dante-enabled endpoints, while providing exceptional sound quality. Used as the DSP core of a Dante network, or as a DSP co-processor, Prism 0x0 is ideally suited for applications requiring powerful, cost effective, advanced signal processing coupled with an industry-standard network audio interface. The Prism 0x0 is identical to the other Prism DSPs (and to Symetrix Radius and Edge products) with respect to processing power and delay memory. It is unique in that it has no analog inputs or outputs and no external control inputs or logic outputs. Prism 0x0 provides a quick, easy way to add customizable DSP capacity to existing Dante-enabled systems. Housed in a ½ rack x 1U rack-mount chassis, Prism 0x0 includes flexible mounting options and convenient power over Ethernet (PoE+).

Linea Research – Dante Bridge

The Dante Bridge allows several different classes of audio product to be seamlessly integrated into Dante systems with the minimum of fuss. Analogue outputs allow the Bridge to be used with products which have analogue inputs.  The Dante Bridge allows several different classes of audio product to be seamlessly integrated into Dante systems with the minimum of fuss. Analogue outputs allow the Bridge to be used with products which have analogue inputs. The AES3 output allows the Bridge to be used with products which have an AES3 input. The BvNet connection also allows equipment which has a BvNet control interface to be controlled over an Ethernet network, to which the PodWare application will connect directly.
  • Two analog outputs
  • AES3 output
  • Ethernet control for BvNet products
  • Rugged steel enclosure
  • Free-standing or rack-mount options
  • Power Over Ethernet (PoE)
  • Optional power by companion PSU
The control data within Dante is bidirectional, and can flow from the Dante network to a BvNet device and vice-versa. Similarly, digital audio channels within the Dante network can be routed to the BvNet socket, so that the AES3 signal is conveniently available on the BvNet network, where it can be brokenout using a special cable for use as an AES3 feed. The same audio channels are also available on analog outputs for use with any devices with analogue inputs.

RDL – RU-LB4

The RU-LB4 is a high quality line-level bi-directional Dante network interface. The RU-LB4 converts four line-level audio sources to Dante network channels, and four Dante network audio channels to balanced line level. Input gain trimmers and LED audio level indicators are provided. Model RU-LB4P operates from PoE. The RU-LB4 is a high quality line-level bi-directional Dante network interface. The RU-LB4 converts four line-level audio sources to Dante network channels, and four Dante network audio signals to balanced line level. The line level inputs accept unbalanced or balanced signals. Line-level outputs are balanced. The front panel features signal LEDs that indicate audio presence for each of the received network signal channels and a gain trimmer with an associated Dual-LED VU meter for each audio input.  Balanced +4 dBu audio levels correspond to a network digital audio level of -18 dBFS. The noise floor is better than 80 dB below operating level. The RU-LB4 is also available in a PoE version (RU-LB4P). If PoE power and an external 24 Vdc supply are both feeding an RU-LB4P, the unit will run from the external supply and will seamlessly switch over to PoE power upon loss of the external supply.
