The Dante HD Option Card brings powerful and scalable Dante connectivity to Avid VENUE | S6L. The Dante HD Option Card delivers 128×128 Dante channels per card at 96 kHz and uses BNC clocking for stable synchronization within Dante domains. Fully compatible with Avid VENUE | E6L and E6LX engines, it expands your system’s flexibility while preserving the pristine sound quality and workflow efficiency of VENUE.
Key Features
High-Density Dante Connectivity
Handle up to 256 channels of Dante audio at 96 kHz across a maximum of two cards. This supports complex routing between FOH, monitors, broadcast trucks, amplifiers, and DSP networks. It is well suited for productions that demand low latency and high-resolution audio.
Full S6L Integration
The Dante HD card installs directly into any VENUE | E6L or E6LX engine running VENUE 8.1 (or higher) software. No external converters are required. Routing and patching are managed through VENUE software.
BNC Clocking Output for Broadcast Stability
A dedicated BNC clock interface provides reliable synchronization in broadcast environments and Dante domains. This supports consistent performance in mission-critical situations.
