The IPD4-CM52-BGM is a 5.25-inch in-ceiling Dante speaker that includes connection for up to three additional non-Dante SoundTube speakers.
The IPD4-CM52-BGM gives integrators an economical way to expand in-ceiling speaker zones on a Dante network. This speaker incorporates a 5.25-inch (134 mm) polypropylene woofer with rubber surround and 0.75-inch (19 mm) silk dome tweeter in a ported steel backcan. In addition to its PoE connection to the SoundTube STNet Switch, the IPD4-CM52-BGM can power up to three additional non-IP speakers. Each IPD4 speaker can be broken down into 2 channels; IPD4 speakers are matched in a system with standard passive SoundTube speakers of the same type. All IPD4 speakers come in both an active and a passive version.
As with SoundTube’s other IPD in-ceiling speakers, IPD4 speakers feature BroadBeam Ring technology for broad, even dispersion of high frequencies and include SoundTube’s exclusive SpeedWing quick-mounting technology.
