The IPD-CM52-BGM is an in-ceiling ported speaker for music and paging. It incorporates a 5.25-inch (134 mm) polypropylene woofer with rubber surround and 0.75-inch (19 mm) silk dome tweeter, bi-amped, with DSP and Dante for audio distribution and report-back on speaker condition. SoundTube’s proprietary BroadBeam Ring technology ensures broad dispersion of high frequencies. The speaker is enclosed in a drawn steel backcan with SoundTube’s exclusive SpeedWing quick-mounting system, and incorporates a paintable steel grille. A color-coded tile bridge, UL listed conduit clamp and paint shield are included with each speaker.
