DP648

The DP648 retains the popular 4-input, 8-output format and features an optional Dante card, allowing for a combination of AES3, analog, and Dante/AES67 to be used. Comprehensive system processing is provided by dedicated input and output processing similar to the DP448 but enhanced with the multiband dynamic DEQ algorithms from the XTA DP548 and SIDD processors. The system offers full front panel control and Ethernet remote control via Audiocore Amped Edition, with integration in globcon XTA MC² Edition coming later this year. The combination of dynamics processing, IIR, all-pass, and phase filters, paired with very low latency (0.5ms), makes it the perfect choice for system engineers managing live shows, theatres, and clubs. The DP648 is supported by an extensive preset library and introduces the X Channel Preset concept built into XTA hardware for the first time. The DP648 completes the system for XTA. The MX36 provides fast source switching, the DP648 offers comprehensive system management, and its DPA and DNA amplifiers bring the power to drive systems large and small. Control is enhanced by the grouping system which works across multiple DP648 processors and DPA amplifiers. The 32 groups behave like a virtual 32-output processor.

SSL – HC Bridge

The HC Bridge provides 512 bi-directional channels of network bridging and/or conversion for AoIP networks; Dante, AES67 and ST 2110. The two network connections can be physically or virtually separate networks, providing control isolation between two sets of equipment where an “AoIP discovery and control firewall” is required. The HC Bridge and Dante HC cards are also used with System T Tempest processing engines.

A HC bridge includes 2 HC cards, each HC card provides 512 Tx and 512 Rx channels at 48khz, 256 Tx and 256 Rx at 96khz, with 128 Tx and 128 Rx streams at all sample rates. Each card includes redundant pair SFP cages for RJ45 or fibre AoIP connectivity. Plus 4 SFP HC link connections, for redundant cable and redundant tempest engine configurations.

RDL – RU-BNFP

The RU-BNF is a high quality bi-directional interface that converts three Dante channels to RDL Format-A and one Dante channel to balanced AUX output. It also converts three Format-A pairs and one AUX input to Dante channels. The RU-BNF is compatible with Format-A twisted-pair end-points. Model RU-BNFP operates from PoE. The RU-BNF is a high quality bi-directional interface that converts three Dante channels to RDL Format-A and one Dante channel to a balanced AUX output. It also converts three Format-A pairs and one AUX input to Dante channels. The RU-BNF is compatible with RDL Format-A twisted-pair end-point products. RDL’s Format-A system utilizes the 4 pairs of a standard CATx cable; 3 pairs (pairs A, B and C) are designated for sending and receiving audio and the fourth pair is used to distribute 24 Vdc to connected Format-A products.  The RU-BNF provides signal presence metering and is equipped to power connected Format-A endpoints. The RU-BNF is also available in a PoE version (RU-BNFP). If PoE power and an external 24 Vdc supply are both feeding an RU-BNFP, the unit will run from the external supply and will seamlessly switch over to PoE power upon loss of the external supply.
