The K-dante accessory features two RJ45 ethernet connectors, that allow to connect many devices together in the same network without the need of any external ethernet switches. One cable does it all. A single CAT-5e or CAT-6 can carry both the audio signal (two-channel AES/EBU) and the data to manage all the devices in the network with the K-framwork software. Dante is an uncompressed, multi-channel networking technology that allows to transmit digital audio and data across standard IP networks.
