The balanced master line output can be controlled with a high precission master level step-potentiometer, plus there is a high quality headphone amplifier on the unit. planet 22x can be powered either via an included 12V DC power supply or via the network cable as a PoE (Power over Ethernet) device. This makes it possible to use the interface even when there is no power outlet close by. By supporting Dante, planet 22x combines and works with any other Dante devices in an IP audio network, which makes it also a cost effective solution to extend any existing network with additional audio channels, yet it has also been designed to be a flexible professional audio interface using the Dante Virtual Soundcard for any modern recording applications on both Mac and PC - in any professional studio environment. The Model 5412 Audio Interface provides a simple yet high-performance means of interfacing line-level analog signals with applications that utilize Dante® audio-over-Ethernet media networking technology. The Model 5412 Audio Interface provides a simple yet high-performance means of interfacing line-level analog signals with applications that utilize Dante® audio-over-Ethernet media networking technology. Analog sources can be connected to the unit and then output in the digital domain by way of a Dante interface. Digital audio signals, which also arrive by way of Dante, are converted to analog and then output as balanced line-level signals. For application flexibility and troubleshooting a configuration choice allows other audio signals to be selected as the sources for the analog output channels. The Model 5412 is available in two versions – one with 8 input and 8 output channels and the other with 16 input and 16 output channels. Key Features
