Studio Technologies – Model 372A Intercom Beltpack

The Model 372A Intercom Beltpack is a highly compact user-worn device that combines a single channel of talk and two channels of listen. The unit begins with the features offered by traditional analog party-line (PL) intercom user devices and adds a range of new capabilities, along with the advanced performance and flexibility that Dante® audio-over-Ethernet provides. Over a standard IP network, multiple Model 372A and other compatible Studio Technologies' beltpack units can be used to create party-line intercom applications with help from an external Dante-enabled audio matrix such as the Studio Technologies' Model 5422 Dante Intercom Audio Engine. Alternately, Model 372A units can be used "point-to-point" or interfaced with Dante-compatible matrix intercom systems.

Clear-Com – Eclipse HX-Omega

Eclipse HX-Omega is the most advanced and highest density digital matrix system on the market, offering up to 460 ports (using combinations of 64-channel MADI cards, 32 port IP/Integra cards and 16 port MVX-A16 RJ-45 cards) over 15 interface card slots in a 6RU chassis.   Eclipse HX-Omega is the most advanced and highest density digital matrix system on the market, offering up to 512 ports (with any combination of 64 frames). Each 6RU Eclipse HX-Omega system features 15 interface card slots for housing one of many types of interface cards available for different applications. The MVX-A16 Interface card, for example, provides full-duplex connections with panels, external lines, and interfaces to other matrix systems. External interface modules are connected using external 1RU and 3RU IMF frames, leaving all 15 slots available for port and interface cards. Up to 64 Eclipse HX matrices can be connected to form a single networked installation. Eclipse HX-Omega Features:
  • 6RU system frame with passive back-plane and 15 interface card slots
  • Up to 512 internal ports (with any combination of 64 frames)
  • Dual-redundant processors, CPU-HX fitted; dual-redundant PS-208 power supplies fitted
  • Expandable to become a multi-frame system with redundant non-blocking fiber
  • Networking/Linking options include 4-wire, Fiber, IP, MADI, E1/T1, GPIO, DANTE and AES67
  • Seamless integration with FreeSpeak II Wireless Intercom and IP Communication Panels

Studio Technologies – Model 391 Dante Alerting Unit

The Model 391 Dante Alerting Unit builds on the limited capabilities of the "beacon" or a "strobe" devices that are ubiquitous with analog party-line (PL) intercom systems and adds a broad range of new and enhanced features.    The Model 391 Dante Alerting Unit builds on the limited capabilities of the "beacon" or a "strobe" devices that are ubiquitous with analog party-line (PL) intercom systems and adds a broad range of new and enhanced features. The Model 391 will respond to 20 kHz tone "call" signals that are commonly utilized in both legacy analog and modern digital party-line intercom circuits. Upon detecting a call signal the Model 391 can provide a visual indicator, enable an audible "buzzer" output, and even activate an analog line output. Each of the Model 391's alerting resources can be individually optimized to meet the unique requirements of many applications. The STcontroller personal computer application is used to select from a wide range of operating choices. The compact, portable unit is compatible with Dante audio-over-Ethernet installations and requires only an Ethernet connection with Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) capabilities for operation. Typical Model 391 applications will include use in theaters, sports facilities, corporate events, and broadcast studios. Key Features
  • Dante audio-over-Ethernet technology
  • Compatible with Studio Technologies' Dante beltpacks
  • Responds to standard 20 kHz call signals
  • Visual and audible call indications
  • General-purpose analog line output
  • Configured using STcontroller application
  • Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) powered
