RCF – CR 16-ND

The CR 16-ND is a 10 Unit flight case designed to control the HDL 50-A line array system.  The CR 16-ND is a 10 Unit flight case designed to control the HDL 50-A line array system. The CR 16-ND includes one Control 8 that manages the RDNet connection to up to 256 devices, one DX 1616 matrix processor that takes care of audio signals routing and processing and one CP 16 control panel to bring audio and control signals to 4 x LK 25 multipin outputs. Each LK 25 has four audio channels, two RDNet channels and two spare sends. Each signal is doubled to XLR redundant outputs.

Profitt – PN-AID-081

Blocks are designed for:

connecting analog or digital AES3 audio signals to sound studios and audio mixers using the AES67 or Dante protocol;

transmission of audio signals over Ethernet 100/1000 BaseT;

performing the function of an 8x8 audio switch and creating a distributed network of switches with a common switching field, limited network bandwidth (one audio channel takes about 1 Mbps).

Supports up to 16 channels of balanced analog audio (8 inputs and 8 outputs) or up to 8 channels of AES 3

digital audio (4 inputs and 4 outputs). The type of audio signals (' xxxx ') for inputs and outputs is selected by the user in the device code independently of each other. The first pair of ' xx ' defines the input signals and the second pair of ' xx ' the output signals (' A ' indicates 2 analog stereo signals; ' E ' indicates 2 AES digital signals ). An additional Ethernet port provides connection to a redundant ( Redundant )) audio transmission networks or device cascading. Management and monitoring is carried out over an Ethernet network using a proprietary program Dante Controller . HDB44 audio connectors.

Model 5682

The Model 5682 units are a specialized interface that allows two independent audio-over-Ethernet networks to be interconnected. One network supports the applicable SMPTE® ST 2110 standards while the other network supports Dante®. Two versions are available. The Model 5682-01 allows linking (in each direction) of up to 32 ST 2110-30 audio channels (at 48 kHz sample rate) with 32 Dante channels (at 44.1 or 48 kHz sample rate) or 16 Dante channels (at 88.2 or 96 kHz sample rate). The Model 5682-02 allows linking (in each direction) of up to 64 ST 2110-30 audio channels (at 48 kHz sample rate) with 64 Dante channels (at 44.1 or 48 kHz sample rate) or 32 Dante channels (at 88.2 or 96 kHz sample rate). The Dante interfaces support AES67 and the Dante Domain Manager™ application. Each unit mounts in one space (1U) of a 19-inch rack and is powered by 100-240 V, 50/60 Hz. Units can also be powered by an external source of 12 Vdc.
