The integrated webserver and LCD display offers the user an intuitive function overview and easy configuration possibility. To provide high reliability and easy maintenance for project installations, the MA32 series features also a Pilot Tone monitoring for each connected speaker. Audio Inputs can be Dante™ (redundant), MADI / AES10 (1x optical, 2x coaxial redundant) and AES3id which can easily be assigned to any of the desired output channels. With the MA32 series we provide the key for cost effective and space-saving 3D-sound installations, live surround sound applications as well as high channel count research projects.

The 4 output stages use the well-proven Pascal Class D SA-2 module, obtaining ultra low distortion, high efficiency and also equipped with a full set of circuit protections. MDA4-1000M is also a capable and sophisticated loudspeaker processor, with powerful M716 DSP running 96 kHz / 24 bit and high performance 24bit AD/DA Converters. It offers 4 channels of slope up to 48dB/Oct IIR HP/LP crossover filters, or up to 512 taps FIR filters[FIR coefficients can be imported as .txt file from external application] , RMS compressor, parametric Eqs , alignment delay and white/pink noise internal generator, everything needed to optimize a loudspeaker system. A 12dB headroom process is available.

Martin Audio – iKON iK42

The iKON iK42 is a 4-channel power amplifier which combines high power density with superb audio performance, state-of-the-art DSP and network control. A dedicated amplifier for Martin Audio Wavefront Precision line arrays and XE Series stage monitors, the iK42 can also provide multi-channel amplification across the Martin Audio loudspeaker range. The iK42 can deliver a full 5000 watts per channel into 2Ω with all channels driven while remaining highly efficient. Its high efficiency reduces the energy drawn from the mains supply and ensures the power reserves needed to deliver superb sound under arduous live conditions. Ethernet is used for system remote control and monitoring via Martin Audio’s VU-NET software application, while a user friendly front panel interface allows full local control of all features. Dante digital audio network inputs are also provided for digital audio distribution and control. Powerful DSP is fully integrated into the iK42 to provide a multitude of features that ensure maximum performance and worldwide compatibility of XE monitors. It also provides up to 1000 FIR filter taps @ 48kHz on each output channel, which is essential to implement DISPLAY’s wide bandwidth optimisation process in WP line array systems.
