SoundTube – IPD4-CM62-BGM-II

Offering an economical option for expansion of audio coverage in a digital speaker system, this Dante®-enabled coaxial in-ceiling speaker has output terminals for connection and power of up to three additional standard CM62-BGM speakers. The speaker incorporates one 6.5 inch (165 mm) polypropylene woofer with rubber surround and one 1.0 inch (25.4 mm) silk dome tweeter. BroadBeam Ring™ technology and a tuned port on the baffle provide smooth off-axis performance, mid-range clarity and bass response to 60 Hz (-10 dB). Low latency digital audio, power, and control are delivered to the speaker via standard category cable; connection is made on the other end to the STNet-Switch or other PoE / PoE+ switch. May also be powered via a 24V DC barrel connector for non-PoE installations. Configuration and zoning of the speaker are accomplished via software. When combined with standard speakers, the four-speaker cluster can be split and configured to handle two separate channels of audio. Mounting hardware is included and features SoundTube®'s SpeedWing™ constant-tension fixed-wing mounting system, which accommodates material thicknesses ranging from 0.035 in (0.9 mm) to 2.38 in (60.4mm). UL 60065 and 2043 listed. Color-coded (green) tile bridge, UL listed conduit clamp and paint shield are included.

AMK – DS62-A-X

The AMK DS62-A-X is a Dante™ audio network addressable and self-amplified ceiling speaker system. The speaker is powered by PoE+ network switch meaning no external power supply is required. The audio network system is also compatible with AES67 and it is Dante Domain Manager Ready. Which makes this speaker system to be flexible with other audio network systems as well. The speaker includes a Class D amplifier which provides effective use of power. This system will solve the issue of having to provide a separate amplifier or I/O interface for speaker installations. The audio network system is also compatible with AES67 and it is Dante Domain Manager Ready. Which makes this speaker system to be flexible with other audio network systems as well. The system comes with 6.5” coaxial 25W loudspeaker driver, CX602, that has excellent dispersion, wide bandwidth and a smooth frequency response which makes this the top choice for today’s overhead commercial applications. One PoE+ amplified speaker can power a total of (2) speakers, one active and one passive speaker. This assembly can be used in wide range of projects for paging and background music applications. The DS62-A-X is ideal for hotels, education, hospitals, retail stores, performing art centers, restaurants, airports, houses of worship, and board rooms.

The 12M has a one-inch exit compression driver coupled to a 75 X 75 degree wooden waveguide horn reproducing high frequencies, and a twelve-inch cone transducer in a tuned enclosure for the low frequencies. A high quality passive network operates very efficiently, also providing EQ points for a flat frequency response. The sturdy multi-ply plywood enclosure, with a catalyzed polyurethane finish, is designed to withstand the most demanding portable applications. A perforated, powder coated steel grill with a high transmission ratio offers excellent protective properties. The 12M can be purchased in white, dark gray or unfinished exterior. The monitor configuration has two large recessed handles.
