AMK – DS82-A-X

The AMK DS82-A-X is a Dante™ audio network addressable and self-amplified ceiling speaker system. The speaker is powered by PoE+ network switch meaning no external power supply is required.

The speaker includes a Class D amplifier which provides effective use of power. This system will solve the issue of having to provide a separate amplifier or I/O interface for speaker installations.

The system comes with 8” coaxial 40W loudspeaker driver, CX802, that has excellent dispersion, wide bandwidth and a smooth frequency response makes this the top choice for today’s overhead commercial applications.

One PoE+ amplified speaker can power a total of (2) speakers, one active and one passive speaker.

The audio network system is also compatible with AES67 and it is Dante Domain Manager Ready. Which makes this speaker system to be flexible with other audio network systems as well.

This assembly can be used in wide range of projects for paging and background music applications. The DS82-A-X is ideal for hotels, education, hospitals, retail stores, performing art centers, restaurants, airports, houses of worship, and board rooms.

  • The RPO series active speaker adopts the PoE standard 48V DC power supply of the Ethernet cable, which has no restrictions on high-voltage AC wiring, and better meets the safety and fire protection standards of the site. Can be widely used in bars / restaurants, classrooms, churches, shopping malls and other fields.

SoundTube – IPD-RS82-EZ

The IPD-RS82-EZ is an 8" open-ceiling speaker. The IPD-RS82-EZ is an 8" open-ceiling speaker. Dante®-addressable coaxial pendant speaker incorporates ne 203 mm (8.0 in.) coaxial driver with BroadBeam Ring™ technology for consistently smooth high frequency. Low latency digital audio, power, and control are delivered to the speaker via standard category cable; connection is made on the other end to the STNet-Switch or other PoE / PoE+ switch. May also be powered via a 24V DC barrel connector for non-PoE installations. Configuration and zoning of the speaker are accomplished via software. Includes hanging hardware with galvanized steel cables and hanging bracket for fast, easy and secure installation. Unit may be hung or mounted direct-to-conduit via locking cover plate.
