Marani – MDA4-1000M

MDA4-1000M is designed to meet the most demanding portable and fixed installation sound systems, providing a full set of value added features such as efficient cooling system, on board DSP and USB/Ethernet for monitoring and control via PC software.  MDA4-1000M is designed to meet the most demanding portable and fixed installation sound systems, providing a full set of value added features such as efficient cooling system, on board DSP and USB/Ethernet for monitoring and control via PC software. The 4 output stages use the well-proven Pascal Class D SA-2 module, obtaining ultra low distortion, high efficiency and also equipped with a full set of circuit protections. MDA4-1000M is also a capable and sophisticated loudspeaker processor, with powerful M716 DSP running 96 kHz / 24 bit and high performance 24bit AD/DA Converters. It offers 4 channels of slope up to 48dB/Oct IIR HP/LP crossover filters, or up to 512 taps FIR filters[FIR coefficients can be imported as .txt file from external application] , RMS compressor, parametric Eqs , alignment delay and white/pink noise internal generator, everything needed to optimize a loudspeaker system. A 12dB headroom process is available.

Nexo – NXAMP4x4mk2

NEXO’s expertise in DSP control for high-performance loudspeakers is unparalleled in the sound reinforcement industry. And Yamaha has an unrivalled heritage in developing highly efficient and reliable power amplification devices. So when the two collaborate to create a new range of powered controllers, the result is sure to be something special.

With a mains voltage range of 100 to 240 Volts it means the amplifiers can be used anywhere in the world and run on all types of power generators. Robust power supplies use PFC (Power Factor Correction) technology to ensure maximum power conversion efficiency and that the current drawn is smoothed and free of spikes to limit the stress on the mains network at all times. A flexible audio input system encompasses four, high end analogue inputs using cascaded converters for low output noise. Four digital inputs are also available through the rear panel expansion card slot offering optional AES/EBU, EtherSound™, Dante™ or AES67 inputs, all with automatic analogue fall-back. A native dual Ethernet card facilitates remote control and daisy-chaining of amplifiers, and seamless integration with Nexo’s NeMo amplifier management software. In addition to the expansion card slot, other rear panel connectivity includes RS232 serial and GPIO ports along with Speakon outputs for each of the four channels. Occupying only 3U of rack space, the NXAMP4X4MK2 weighs in at just 24.9kg.

Ashly – nXe3.02bd

The nXe3.02bd is a 2 channel multi-mode amplifier capable of driving 2 Ohm loads at full power. The maximum rated output power is 3,000W per channel at Low Z, 2,450W per channel in 70V mode, and 1,250W in 100V mode. There is an automatic but defeatable sleep mode consuming <1W, and instant standby mode controlled by contact closure or software. A switch mode power supply auto-detects 120VAC or 240VAC mains, and a Neutrik® powerCON is used for the AC cord. Each channel has selectable output mode of Low Z, 70V, or 100V, an 80Hz high-pass filter, input limiter, and input gain settings of 26dB, 32dB, 38dB, or 1.4V. Each channel has remote DC level control. Input connectors are Neutrik® XLR/TRS combo jack and Euroblock, while output connectors are Neutrik® speakON. The unit has a front panel power switch and level controls that can be disabled. LEDs indicate Protect, Sleep, Disabled, Com, and Bridge mode status, as well as Temperature, Output Current, Output Signal, and Clipping/Mute status per channel. The unit has Ethernet control with a real-time clock for event scheduling. The unit has serial data remote control, aux preamp outputs, preset control, fault condition logic outputs, optional network audio and AES3 digital audio capability. The amplifier has temperature dependent variable speed forced-air cooling.
