To improve this situation, create the registry key names ‘UdpExemptPortRange’ of type ‘REG_MULTI_SZ’ in the following path: ‘HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\services\Tcpip\Parameters’ with the value – 4322. This will exempt the port from the base filtering engine.
