Dante Controller: I’m unable to change the IP address of my Dante device
If you’re able to set the IP address of a Dante device to either static or DHCP, but nothing happens when selecting the Reboot function, within Dante Controller go to Device View > Devices > and use the Clear Domain Credentials option:
The most common cause for this issue is that the device has been enrolled into a domain which is no longer present, and therefore the device is enrolled in DDM or Dante Director.
