I’m trying to sign up but it’s not working—I clicked on the DNA Portal. Why can’t I access it?

Users can now sign up through any Audinate application or interface—there’s no need to create a separate my.audinate account.

However, some applications (like the DNA Portal) require additional permissions or product entitlements to access.

The DNA Portal is exclusively available to Audinate OEM partners. If you’re not an OEM partner with the necessary access permissions, your login attempt will be denied. Kindly reach out to your Account Manager for more information.
