I need to move my Dante Via activation but I don’t have access to that computer any more – what should I do?

Make sure you are logged into this website, then go to ‘My Account’ (top right corner) or use this link, then click ‘Products & Subscriptions’ tab.
Scroll down to ‘Dante Via’ section, click on ‘…’ next to the license, choose ‘Recover’ option and follow the instructions.
