There is no recovery button in my account

With DVS Transferable licenses, you have the ability to recover the license once a month in your account.

If you do not have access to the machine any more for whatever reason, this allows you to free the license up for use on another computer.

When you don’t have a recover (Or upgrade) option next to the license in ‘My Products’ of your account, that means the license is not currently active on a computer.

You should be able to activate it now.

If it says upgrade, that means you have a single machine license and that cannot be moved between computers.
