I can’t see my devices in Dante Director after adding them with Dante Controller.

To ensure that devices are available for management with Dante Director, there are several requirements that your devices must meet.

• Devices need to have a minimum level of Dante firmware. Ensure that your devices are updated to version 4.0 or higher. Launch Dante Updater from Dante Controller to update your devices to the latest available firmware before enrolling in Director.
• Devices must have access to the internet to be enrolled in Dante Director. If your devices don’t have access, you Dante Director presents a warning about internet access.
• Your internet firewall that controls traffic to your AV network must be configured to allow required traffic to pass through. See this FAQ for a complete list of required ports.
