How can I check the Dante Director server status?
Dante Director is a cloud-based service. We aim to have the maximum available uptime for users possible.
If you are having issues accessing Dante Director from your web browser, please check to ensure that the service is up and running with the following report.
If the server is up and running properly, check to ensure that your AV network has access to Director and that the appropriate ports are open for traffic.
NOTE: Dante devices will maintain their established routing and connections between devices whether the Dante Director service is available or not.
