Dante device enters Failsafe mode due to VLAN configuration

Some Dante devices can enter Failsafe mode if they receive traffic from more than one subnet.
This can happen if the switch port is configured or Trunk (or Default) traffic as well as untagged VLAN traffic, for example.
This issue is known to affect AVIO and UltimoX. We are still validating other Dante platforms.
In Failsafe mode, the device name shows in red in Dante Controller and the Device View shows more information about Failsafe mode. Devices enrolled in DDM or Dante Director will appear in the ‘<unmanaged>’ domain whilst in Failsafe mode.
Remedy: ensure the network port is configured to receive traffic for a single VLAN only and reboot the device. It is not necessary to restore the firmware on the device.
