Can I route audio and video across Sites in Dante Director?
Dante Director enables routing, including cross-subnet routing, for all devices that are in the same Dante Director Site.
Devices that are in different Sites in Dante Director cannot have signals routed between them. All devices must be in the same Site to send and receive audio and video signals.
Multi-subnet routing utilizing Unicast clocking can be enabled from the Clocking page in Dante Director.
To enable multi-subnet routing:
- Login to Dante Director
- Choose the Site that contains devices in multiple subnets
- Choose the Clocking tab
- Click Auto-Configure for an easy setup, or select appropriate clock leaders from the table on the Clocking page.
