Sennheiser – EM 9046 Receiver

The Sennheiser EM 9046 microphone receiver incorporates up to 8 digital receiving channels, each with 328 MHz of switching bandwidth covering the UHF spectrum from 470 to 798 MHz.  A highly intuitive, icon-based user interface provides a complete system overview via a large TFT display. Designed for maximum spectral efficiency, the EM 9046 can safely accommodate as many as 40 channels within a 24 MHz frequency window. Complex intermodulation calculations are no longer necessary - operating frequencies can now be evenly spaced. The new EM 9046 multichannel receiver is destined to become the reference standard throughout the broadcast and theatre production industries, like the legendary Sennheiser EM 1046 that came before.

Each model utilizes an electret condenser cartridge that is positioned in the housing such that its frequency response is enhanced. The microphone element location provides the mechanism for good acoustical coupling to provide a full-bodied, highly intelligible voice signal. The IPSCDTOUCH-G includes a gooseneck microphone.The IPCSDTOUCH has an auxiliary line level audio input which may be used as a (local) background music source. The station also has a line level audio output which may be used as a zone out.The IPCSDTOUCH is a network appliance in which each station may obtain its IP address automatically or be assigned a unique IP address which simplifies installation and configuration.
