BSS – BLU-DA

Formerly known as BLU-DAN The Soundweb London BLU-DA offers Dante / AES67 audio and BLU link. This means that the BLU-DA can be used to ‘add’ Dante / AES67 to one or more BLU link devices. The BLU-DA is configurable through HiQnet™ Audio Architect. A rich palette of logic objects and a “drag and drop” method of configuration provide a simple and familiar design environment. The BLU-DA features Dante and AES67 audio. The BLU-DA is capable of simultaneously transmitting and receiving up to 64 channels of Dante or AES67 audio (64 x 64). Primary and Secondary ports are provided for fault tolerance. Control is through a separate Ethernet port. The BLU-DA also includes support for Dante 4.0 firmware for integration with Dante Domain Manager. The BLU-DA also features BLU link, a low latency, fault tolerant digital audio bus of 256 channels, which uses standard Category 5e cabling giving a distance of 100m between compatible devices. Fiber media converters can be used to increase the distance between devices to over 40km. A bi-directional locate function allows devices to be identified both from and within HiQnet Audio Architect. The BLU-DA and the other members of the Soundweb London family provide the building blocks of the perfectly tailored system solution. Features

Linea Research – Dante Bridge

The Dante Bridge allows several different classes of audio product to be seamlessly integrated into Dante systems with the minimum of fuss. Analogue outputs allow the Bridge to be used with products which have analogue inputs.  The Dante Bridge allows several different classes of audio product to be seamlessly integrated into Dante systems with the minimum of fuss. Analogue outputs allow the Bridge to be used with products which have analogue inputs. The AES3 output allows the Bridge to be used with products which have an AES3 input. The BvNet connection also allows equipment which has a BvNet control interface to be controlled over an Ethernet network, to which the PodWare application will connect directly.
  • Two analog outputs
  • AES3 output
  • Ethernet control for BvNet products
  • Rugged steel enclosure
  • Free-standing or rack-mount options
  • Power Over Ethernet (PoE)
  • Optional power by companion PSU
The control data within Dante is bidirectional, and can flow from the Dante network to a BvNet device and vice-versa. Similarly, digital audio channels within the Dante network can be routed to the BvNet socket, so that the AES3 signal is conveniently available on the BvNet network, where it can be brokenout using a special cable for use as an AES3 feed. The same audio channels are also available on analog outputs for use with any devices with analogue inputs.

Bosch – ARNI-S

Bosch's OMN-ARNIS ARNI-S is an OMNEO interface that provides better scalability through the use of either a DHCP server or DNS server, which extends the use of PTP over multiple subnets. The ARNI-S supports redundancy, and up to 450 OMNEO nodes in a single subnet network, or up to 450 OMNEO nodes in each subnet of a routed network when used in conjunction with an ARNI-E device.
