How to collect Dante Via/Dante Virtual Soundcard logs?

If you want to gather the logs from Dante Via or Dante Virtual Soundcard to send the files to Audinate Support, do as follows:

Windows:
DVS – About -> Collect Logs for Support
Via – Settings -> About -> Collect Logs for Support
During the process of collecting the logs, terminal window should appear, and after completing the process (usually it takes around one or two minute), the logs should appear on your Desktop.

Mac:
DVS – Help -> Collect the logs for support
Via – Help -> Collect the logs for support
After collecting the logs, window showing the location (your user folder) of the logs should appear.
