I cannot update the firmware using Dante Updater

If firmware update using Dante Updater fails with Error message: Failed -reboot device and try again error message, this may be because Firewall/Antivirus is blocking communication with Dante Updater server. In this case, make sure to have your Firewall/Antivirus disabled or configured to allow traffic exchanged with firmware-update.audinate.com on port 443 and UDP traffic on ports 69 and 6969.
